​Founding principal of Palma, Joe specializes in the brokerage of multifamily investment properties within San Diego County. Joe has developed a successful track record of sales and complex 1031 exchanges involving apartment properties, with a heavy emphasis on the I-5 corridor, including all coastal and coastal-adjacent sub-markets of the county. Well versed in the myriad of different exit/repositioning strategies, Joe has facilitated 1031 exchanges into out of state multifamily as well as NNN investments. Joe lives with his wife and two kids in Bay Park, enjoys board sports, and has completed several rehab/development projects.
