With over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, involving a diverse range of product types, including office, industrial, retail and multifamily, Caitlyn has a vast understanding of the nuances specific to these property types. Caitlyn now focuses on multifamily investment property sales throughout central San Diego, with an emphasis in the North Park and its surrounding communities, as well as often works as a co-agent with Joe Burrough on multifamily and/or mixed-use property transactions along the coastal corridor. Caitlyn lives with her fiancé and two dogs in the Serra Mesa area.
